```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented H.R/Office Manager
```Responsibilities```
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and Safety orientation processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Maintain employee time clock software, scheduling, timesheet accuracy for payroll
- Audit company credit card receipts
- Provide office support in administrative matters, including investigating complaints and assisting with conflict resolution
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Support Field management initiatives such as performance management and employee safety and development programs
- Conduct data collection and analysis for HR metrics reporting
- Assist with change management initiatives by communicating updates and facilitating safety training sessions, implementing policies.
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in human resources roles
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, ADP, or Workday
- Experience with data collection and analysis for HR metrics reporting
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
