Construction background preferred, but not necessary. Responsibilities 

• Bilingual - English/Spanish required 
• Assist with text/email/phone/in-person communication 
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Update and translate all documents in our new hire packet 
• Inform, follow – up & receive insurance enrollment forms for eligible new hires. 
• Assist safety manager with in-person trainings
• Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems. 

Qualifications 

• Proven experience in HR or similar roles, with a focus on employee relations. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
