Mountain States Employers Council is Hiring a Human Resources Professional Consultant Near Denver, CO

Summary

The Human Resources Professional (HRP) Consultant provides day-to-day and occasional strategic support for members and clients.

Department: Outsourced Consulting Services 

Location: Denver Metro Area with frequent travel required

Type: Part-time intermittent

Status: Non-Exempt

Reports to: Manager

Essential Functions

  • Responds to project assignments from Manager of Human Resources Professional Staffing Services.
  • Provides a variety of Human Resources (HR) Specialist, Generalist, or Manager levels of support for internal projects, members, and non-members.
  • Coordinates with the client for on-site and virtual assistance per the project scope.
  • Communicates and escalates any updates or issues.
  • Provides exceptional customer service to members and detailed, professional project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or another relevant field of study or four years of experience.
  • Must reside in the Denver Metropolitan Area or Front Range and be willing to travel to client sites throughout Colorado.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant industry certifications from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and/or Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) preferred.
