TEKsystems is Hiring a Warehouse Administrative Assistant Near Las Vegas, NV
Hiring an Administrative Assistant to work in a Warehouse environment near the airport!
Responsibilities:
- Compiling reports, processing invoices, operating simple office machines, and contacting customers or suppliers.
- Performs routine office duties.
- Sets up and maintains files.
- Prepares customer/vendor correspondence.
- Preparation and distribution of various reports as required.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as an Admin Assistant (warehouse/manufacturing environment preferred)
- Computer savvy
- Personable with good communication skills (over the phone/in person/via email)
Location: Near Sunset Park/Airport
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30
Pay: $18-20/hr depending on experience
