Customer Service Representative – Department of Revenue

Salary: $29,290.81 annually

Job Location: This position will be located at 301 W. High St., Jefferson City, MO.

Why you’ll love this position:

This position is one of two staff members responsible for the accurate accounting of all Motor Vehicle/Driver Licensing returned checks received by license offices in the State of Missouri. Processing and accounting of these funds will help the state recover funds due. The returned check unit is responsible for daily customer communication via phone, email or in-person.

What you’ll do:

• Create accounts and process payments
• Reconcile deposits
• Establish and monitor payment plans for returned check customers
• Submit and process files to the Cole County Prosecuting Attorney's Office

All you need for success:

Typical Qualifications:

0-1 year of clerical and/or customer service experience

And

High school diploma or equivalency

Additional Requirements:

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of general office procedures

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations
