Job Location: Division of Professional Registration, Missouri Real Estate Commission, 3605 Missouri Boulevard, Jefferson City, Missouri 65109.

Candidates must have good, effective communication skills; be self-motivated with the ability to multi-task; work semi-independently and make routine decisions; organize workflow and establish priorities and deadlines. Candidate must be able to maintain effective working relationships.

What you’ll do:

  • Process and review various applications for authenticity of documents, and ensure statutory requirements are satisfied.
  • Provide complex assistance in the area of training other team members.
  • Respond to written and verbal inquiries regarding requirements for licensure, fees, license status and the laws, rules and regulations pertaining to the board.
  • Prepare applications and supporting documentation for board review.
  • Maintain a filing system and prepare records for digital imaging.
  • Provide additional assistance to customer service representatives.
  • Process all late renewals for authenticity of documents, and ensure statutory requirements are satisfied.
  • Works with the public in-person on a daily bases.

What we are looking for:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Four or more years of experience in reviewing and processing official documents such as claims, applications or legal documentation; or
  • At least one year of experience at a Customer Service Representative level within Professional Registration
  • (Earned credit hours from an accredited college or university in the areas of business or public administration may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required experience)
  • Knowledge of computer applications such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
