HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:

Using your knowledge to operate as a subject matter expert at the Driver License MFR/Reinstatement Team to assist.

DUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:

• Assist supervisor with weekly and monthly production and backlog reports for the assigned section while maintaining current workload.
• Cross-train on all job functions within MFR & Reinstatement Processing Area to enable assistance in training, monitoring and processing.
• Provide assistance for MFR & Reinstatement Processing area within the Driver License Bureau, pertaining to complex questions.
• Assist supervisory staff in meetings to enforce changes or procedures being implemented, while also ensuring the section is current on any policies, laws, rules, regulations, statutes, computer systems and software applications.
• Assist with supervision and performs other related work as assigned.
