Lead Customer Service Representative

What you will do:
  • Answer incoming calls for the Self-Insurance Unit.
  • Open, examine and distribute mail to the appropriate unit.
  • Maintain a very high level of discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Maintain the Employer & Self Insurance databases.
  • Assist in processing applications to self-insurance, general administration and claims audits by preparing reports using Excel, Access and other database software.
  • Provide administrative support for unit manager, self-insurance financial analysts and claims auditors.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate logistical arrangements for Self-Insurance Unit.
  • Scan and index self-insurance program records.

Qualifications
  • 4 years of relevant experience

  • Ability to apply and interpret federal, state, and/or agency regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Possess knowledge of office practices, procedures, systems, and equipment
  • Possess knowledge of business math computations, grammar, composition, and spelling
  • Possess knowledge of computer information systems and software
