What you will do:

• Informs internal and external stakeholders by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
• Provide service excellence through courteous, informed, accessible, and professional engagement.
• Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
• Process requests, provide return results, and process payments
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience of relevant experience (College credit hours may substitute at 30 hours per year

• Ability to complete assignments accurately within specified
• Ability to work independently and remain calm when dealing with injured workers, attorneys, employers or
• Intermediate knowledge of Workers' Compensation claims processing.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, OneNote and Excel, and Adobe.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand Department functions, organization, policies, regulations, and other administrative information and instructions.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Department staff and the general public.
• Ability to maintain the integrity of confidential information.
