About The Role
SmartMoving is growing fast, and as Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal part in our growth strategy. You’ll oversee events, social media, and partners. You’ll combine digital and field marketing skills to plan, promote, and execute programs that generate leads, loyalty, and revenue. You’ll report on the effectiveness of your channels and find opportunities to improve them. You’ll partner with product, sales, marketing, and leadership to develop strategies and coordinate events. You’ll also collaborate with industry influencers, referral partners, and associations to align marketing strategies and implement value-added campaigns.
What You’ll Be Doing
Event management:
  • Lead end-to-end trade show planning and execution, including logistics, vendor management, budget, swag, and booking to ensure flawless and successful shows.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive event attendance and customer engagement.
  • Partner with product, sales, marketing, and leadership to identify participation in industry conferences.
  • Build and execute our prospect webinar strategy including webinar calendar, promotion, speakers, and presentation development.
  • Report on the effectiveness of the trade show and webinar strategy and make recommendations on how to improve.
Partner management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, referral partners, and associations.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that support partner goals, drive lead generation, and showcase the value of our partnership.
  • Collaborate with partners to create compelling marketing content, including co-branded materials, case studies, and thought leadership content.
  • Evaluate and improve existing partner marketing strategies.
  • Manage referral partner program using Referral Rock software.
Social media management:
  • Manage all social content planning, programming, publishing, tagging, and editorial calendar.
  • Engage with user groups and grow communities on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.
  • Create new and creative ways to use social platforms to tell stories and build our audience.

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Journalism, or associated field.
  • 3 years in B2B marketing, preferably for a SaaS company.
  • Proven experience managing events, partners, and social media. Content creation experience a plus.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for design.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Detail oriented with excellent project management skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and work independently.
  • Willing to travel to and attend events 2-3 times per quarter.
