Behavioral Health Group is Hiring a Marketing Manager Near Dallas, TX
- Responsible for the development and execution of BHG’s multi-channel marketing, content marketing, brand management, digital, and sales support initiatives, aligned with marketing and business goals.
- Creates annual communication plan and key messaging, editorial calendars, and compelling content. Manages content creators, including freelance copywriters, BHG subject matter experts, agencies, and others.
- Strategizes, executes, and tracks marketing campaigns, videos, and collateral materials, such as treatment center brochures, posters, presentations, email campaigns, videos, and event deliverables across a variety of B2B and B2C communication channels.
- Independently manages BHG’s online presence, including website, social media, and SEO.
- Manages creative/graphics deliverables, using in-house software, freelancers, agencies, and other resources. Provides project direction, writes project briefs, and manages reviews, deadlines, and budget.
- Responsible for messaging and promotions for key national and regional events.
- Evaluates performance, gains insights, and optimizes marketing campaigns by analyzing Power BI data and analyzing other metrics.
- 6-10 years of experience in similar marketing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic thinker, problem solver, relationship focused.
- Proven experience executing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Organized with strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills.
- Independent, accountable work style with high emotional intelligence.
- Experience managing agencies and outside vendors.
- Metrics driven, yet creative.
