POSITION SUMMARY & OBJECTIVE:

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and organized individual who can manage multiple projects at a time with very strong communication skills. The candidate must also be able to problem-solve, be forward-thinking, and flexible in the role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Develop, implement, and manage innovative and results-driven marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted campaigns that support lead generation and conversion goals.
• Oversee the creation of compelling and effective marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI.
• Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our marketing strategies ahead of the curve.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance our marketing capabilities.
• Overall support of Marketing and Sales teams.
• Order marketing materials from various vendors.
• Maintain and replenish inventory of marketing collateral.
• Update website and field materials with necessary changes
• Respond/forward emails in the marketing inbox to appropriate recipients.
• Forward leads to the appropriate salespeople.
• Assist with social media and various other marketing activities.
• Schedule photoshoots and update photos as directed.
• Assemble warranty packets and other print materials.
• Periodic audits as requested.

KNOWLEDGE / ATTITUDES / SKILLS:

• 1-2 Years of experience and/or education in marketing related activities
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite Products, Adobe Creative Products)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Must be a team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Portfolio required.
