About the Role:
The Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Search will own the strategy and execution behind our paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft search, as well as leverage learnings to help inform organic search efforts. They will work with the Growth Marketing team to measure performance and track media budgets, set channel strategy through revenue growth prioritization and testing, and coordinate cross functional efforts with creative, digital product, merchandising, and e-commerce teams. Success in this role will come from an ability to switch between data analysis, ongoing optimization, and producing and sharing insights around consumer demand.
The ideal candidate will have a background with hands-on search channel management, with past experience in retail and/or ecommerce. This role will deploy a large portion of our media budget, and has a unique opportunity to help define our performance marketing strategy through consumer insight as we accelerate our existing growth trajectory.
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000
Discretionary Annual Bonus Eligibility: Up to 15%
