Description
At Call Box, we created a first-of-its-kind call tracking software that is currently used by over 100,000 businesses with technology unmatched by our competitors. We produce all marketing campaigns internally, with a lean team of functional Marketing Specialists, Product Marketing Managers, and Graphic Designers. Our campaigns work to increase awareness of our brands, tell our user success stories, generate leads for the sales team, engage current users, and convey new product enhancements.
Our team is focused on growing revenue from our current client base as well as sourcing and engaging new prospects through trade shows, content marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, external media, and email automation.
This position will have a heavy focus on media coordination, media management, and media analysis. You’ll be our liaison with external media partners and digital marketing agencies, as well as head up and fulfill all insertion orders that include ads, webinars, e-blasts, blogs, and more. You’ll have the opportunity to publish press releases and newsletters, as well as manage our social media and online reviews. Furthermore, you’ll leverage Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to report on campaign outcomes and suggest areas of improvement.
