Sirona Medical is Hiring a Customer Support Specialist Near San Francisco, CA

As a Sirona Customer Support Specialist you are responsible for delivering a unique experience to our users. Your focus will be on cultivating helpdesk support in line with the vision of the Customer Support team. You will resolve all customer-facing issues through a highly collaborative and efficient process. You’ll have the opportunity to develop efficient workflow paths for engaging with the rest of the team. You will exemplify what the culture at Sirona Medical stands for and represents. You will help develop and implement processes and frameworks that will scale along with our team to help ensure we can work collaboratively, inclusively, and with maximized efficiency and joy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client problems and actively monitor client sites
  • Drive fast resolution of requests by our Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements, collaborating with other departments as necessary
  • Log and document all incidents within our ticketing system 
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal channel
  • Follow monitoring and alerting policies and procedures and ensure adherence to security procedures
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and maintain network performance metrics
  • Work with engineering and product development as needed to identify and resolve software issues

Key Requirements:

  • Experience leading a Customer Care/Call center environment, specifically with radiologists and PACS administrators
  • Experience working in medicine and troubleshooting with doctors, ideally radiologists
  • 3 years experience doing level I or higher troubleshooting experience at a call center or support center
  • Experience with Zendesk or G-suite
  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Previous/recent start-up experience a plus

The annual US base salary range for this full-time position is $40,000 - $60,000 equity benefits. Pay scale is flexible depending on experience. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, relevant education and training.
