We are now looking for a Full-time Accounts Payable Specialist that is looking to join an energetic and growing Family.

The Big Task

You will contribute to the success of our accounting department by ensuring our bills are paid timely and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Match Purchase Orders with vendor bills and vendor statements for accuracy.
• Reconcile Vendor Statements for accuracy.
• Enter all Credit Card transactions.
• Reconcile Credit Card statements monthly.
• Track Credits for Warranty returns.
• Maintain accuracy of Accounts Payable & vendor accounts
• Ensure up to date tax documents from vendors as required prior to payment

Although experience in the HVAC industry is preferred it is not required. The following attributes are necessary for this position:

• 1 Sage Intacct experience
• 1 year Accounts Payable experience
• Service Titan Experience is a plus
• Familiar with inventory tracking and accountability
• Organized and Innovative
