```Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the revenue cycle and ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding account reconciliation. Proficiency in QuickBooks and data entry skills are also required. Duties:
- Process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, posting payments, and reconciling discrepancies
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Research and resolve billing issues or disputes
- Maintain documentation of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries or concerns
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to follow up on outstanding balances

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and practices
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
