Who is P.A.C.E?
The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) offers a variety of services, with many of them provided onsite at a PACE Center.
PACE is an alternative to nursing home care and – through an interdisciplinary care team (IDT) of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, therapists, van drivers, and aides – coordinates and provides preventive, primary, acute, and long-term care services, so older individuals can continue living in the community.

Primary Purpose
This position focuses on processes related to emergency preparedness, equipment and facility maintenance, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Support all processes related to regulatory compliance for center functionality, safety, security, cleanliness, and comfort.
Focus on continuous process improvement as part of a regional team.
Support a collaborative and positive work culture through excellent customer service.
Assist with administrative duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no leader responsibilities.
Qualifications
High school diploma, or its equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field.
Must have 2 years experience in a clerical position or successfully completed a secretarial program for an accredited school/college.
Must have 6 months of experience in reception duties and clearly demonstrate a high degree of organizational skills.
Preferred experience working with the coordination of facility needs.
Work Environment
Has a visible presence while working in the center and is subject to frequent interruptions.
Personnel, visitors, government agencies/personnel, etc., under all conditions/circumstances.
