Overview
- Provides administrative support to Chief Intellectual Property Counsel, the Global IP Team, and other members of the Legal Department.
- Duties may include word processing, filing, preparing PowerPoint presentations, answering phones, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting / distributing mail.
- May work on special projects.
- Hybrid - local to Kalamazoo; required to be in office at least one day / week.
Qualifications
- Must have experience in Scheduling and Calendar Management
- Familiarity with MS Office and PowerPoint required.
- Experience working with C-level Executives
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
- Strong communication skills and organizational skills are essential.
