The Email Marketing Specialist is pivotal in developing and executing our email marketing strategies to enhance our customer engagement, drive sales, and promote our leading-edge security solutions. This individual will have a passion for digital marketing, a strong grasp of email marketing tools and strategies, and the ability to analyze the effectiveness of campaigns to drive improvements. Proven experiences with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Excel are strongly preferred.What You’ll Be Doing:
Develop and Execute Email Campaigns: Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns. Ensure compelling subject lines, content, and visuals are in alignment with our brand and objectives.- Audience Segmentation: Segment email lists based on behaviors & customer data such as past email engagement and website interactions to tailor and personalize emails.
- Optimize Campaigns: Use A/B testing to optimize email marketing campaigns. Test different emails' components, such as subject lines, email copy, calls to action, design, send times.
- Performance Analysis: Measure results and optimize our workflows in HubSpot to boost conversions of leads into customers. Analyze batch campaign performance and report on/test improvements.
- Compliance and List Management: Manage email lists and ensure compliance with privacy laws.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the marketing & retail sales teams (along with other departments) to ensure the CRM system works seamlessly across the organization, optimizing our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes.
- Stay Informed: Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and digital marketing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field strongly preferred.- 2 years of experience in email marketing, preferably within the technology (SaaS) or cybersecurity sector.
Talents and Desired Qualifications:
Expertise in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).- Strong understanding of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email compliance laws.
- Exceptional writing, communication, and creative thinking skills, with an ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
