Salesforce Inc. seeks Manager - Sales Strategy in San Francisco, CA:
Job Duties: Design and implement the sales coverage model for Salesforce.org for a specific business unit. Analyze the health of the business and present recommendations to senior management for strategic decision making and investment. Take ownership and drive execution of strategic initiatives by working very closely with business leaders. Own the annual and long-range sales planning process. Work cross-functionally to assist in the development of go-to-market strategies for new geographies, products, and market segments. Drive rigorous sales execution and oversight, ensuring accurate forecasts and total transparency. Build executive presentations, crafting the messages of Sales. Design and interpret key performance metrics, and craft plans to address pronounced weaknesses. Identify untapped market potential; design and implement sales plans to capture it. May be assigned to various unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering (any field)).
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Business Analysis; (2) Big Data Management; (3) Data Visualization; (4) Marketing Analytics; (5) Python; (6) Tableau; (7) SQL; and (8) R. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. May be assigned to various unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
