Where and how you can work
Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under, to a hub San Francisco, which is now home to our US operations.
What you'd be doing in this role
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
  • Key thought partner in developing GTM strategy and planning
  • Build and define customer journey map to define support functions and staffing along with richer insights about our customers
  • Lead pricing strategy across B2B sales business in partnership with product and marketing
  • Develop Voice of Sales program to feed critical information back to product to ensure sales and product roadmap are aligned
  • Partner with sales and enablement on further refining ICP and sales playbooks across all segments and regions
  • Identify and own key opportunities in the organization and develop and deliver strategic initiatives
You're probably a match if:
  • You have 3 Years of experience ideally in program management/strategy/business operations roles
  • You have experience in SaaS sales organization
  • You have strong program management skills, managing multiple, complex projects at any given time
  • You are a self-starter/ ability to roll up sleeves and identify new areas of opportunities in the business
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to enable informed decision making.
  • You have the ability to to break down complex problems into actionable steps
About the team
The Sales Strategy and Programs team plays a meaningful role in supporting the revenue growth at Canva by creating clarity on our overall revenue and GTM strategy and plan. The team sits within the broader Sales Ops/Strategy/Systems organization that aligns our go-to-market efforts across Sales/Customer Success/Marketing as well as company leadership.
