Roto-Rooter Services Company has a rare and exciting opportunity to join their corporate Human Resources department as a Human Resources Manager! In this role, you'll flex your interpersonal skills, policy writing expertise, and employment law knowledge in a continuous-learning and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical thinking skills, business acumen, and the ability to interact with employees of all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Employee Relations
· Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and recommendation to field management and executives. Partners with our leadership team to implement HR best practices and provide proactive support of HR programs and approaches.
· Interacts with HR peers and cross-functionally with other business units. Coordinates decisions and communications across multiple stakeholders within the organization.
· Serves as an advisor to both management and employees.
· Conducts investigations, analyzes findings, recommends/decides outcomes in a timely and efficient manner.

· The ability to travel will be intermittent, up to 25%.
