Human Resources Director

Job Summary

The Human Resources Director is responsible for the overall human resources function at Heatherdowns Rehab and Residential. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elder care, a strong understanding of human resources, and a commitment to providing quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and approve payroll.
  • Implement human resources policies and procedures.
  • Hire and onboard new employees.
  • Disseminate performance reviews.
  • Resolve employee relations issues.
  • Comply with all applicable labor laws.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferred
  • 1 years of experience in human resources or payroll
  • Strong understanding of human resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
