The Assistant Director of Human Resources manages the day-to-day operations of the human resources department and works closely with the Director of Human Resources in developing, implementing and evaluating HR initiatives including staff development, employee relations and HR metrics data tracking. Primary responsibility for the development and administration of a total compensation and benefits strategy that assures cost effectiveness, market competitiveness and internal equity among employees.

This is a full-time salary position, working 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday, no weekends or holidays. This position is not available to be worked remotely.
