Robert Half is looking to fill a Project Manager vacancy. As the Project Manager, your accomplishments in accounting functions and systems will be extremely valuable. You will be upholding Business Analysts creating requirements documentation and developing new methods of data mapping to accounting systems for the most efficient accounting and reporting of transactions. The Project Manager will additionally support the accounting leadership team and other key participants in the accounting process, ensuring that their input and feedback is incorporated into key initiatives. We are seeking a candidate who is capable of keeping financial projects on time. This long-term contract / temporary employment opportunity is based in the San Francisco, California area.How you will make an impact- Organizes priorities of concurrent project and support assignments and meets stakeholder expectations- Ensures accurate work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports, issue management and risk mitigation- Interacts with business users to clearly describe and analyze business requirements- Oversees project sponsor expectations and business drivers, as well as requests changes, when necessary, to project scope, timing, or resources to ensure strategic solutions are delivered- Develops appropriate governance approaches for the projects to ensure constant and effective communication as well as issue resolution- Clarifies business requirements and business process design for the development team
