Must Haves:
Min. years of experience - 12-15 years
Financial, healthcare, Retail and or Fintech industry experience
Scrum Master
Data Migration or Data Warehousing
Nice to have:
Previous JPMC experience data and platforms
PMP Certification
Cloud Certification
Roles and Responsibilities:
o Project Monitoring & Issue Escalation
o Perform UAT planning, UAT coordination & communication with cross-functional CCB and Firm wide LOB stakeholders
o Ensuring user stories, controls procedures are appropriately documented and completed
o Coordinating across all solutions for AWS Data Lake and Analytics Data Platform Data Migration
o Project Management Deliverable Tracking & Maintenance
o Scheduling and executing Scrum ceremonies.
o Leading Backlog grooming sessions with various stakeholders
Expert in the following:
Project Task Estimation
Resource Scheduling
Risk and Issue Management
Waterfall and Agile methods
Work breakdown and critical path method
Stakeholder Management
Critical Thinking (anticipates problems and establishes methods to mitigate project/program risks)
Benefits Management
Budget/Financial Management including Business Case completion
Executive communications for senior management
