Cheerful customer and customer responsiveness is critical. Working daily with property manager you will be responsible for documenting internal call sheets, reviewing current invoicing, and customer service relationships on projects. Must be comfortable setting up meetings and zoom events. You will interact also with accounting to receive current financials, budgets, etc to develop Board Packets, send emails or reach out to vendors at will. Asana a project management experience or similar a plus.
Scheduling work orders and making sure the building is in compliance with secretary of state filing, annual boiler maintenance, annual gutter cleanings, site inspections, annual fire inspections, etc.
Musts:
Have a cheerful attitude and repond quickly to homeowners for the properties we manage.
Come into office daily in Potrero 675 Carolina St.
Be proficient in Word, Google Calendar, and have attention to detail.
Benefits
- Approximate Hourly Range for this Role: $25- $27 Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
- 1 Week Paid PTO
- W2 Position payroll
- PT Role in nature will grow into full time as company grows.
