Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager to join our team in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale commercial plumbing and HVAC projects, including schools, hospitals, airports, and high-rise buildings. Familiarity with Bluebeam and MS Excel is essential, and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management is required.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale commercial plumbing and HVAC projects.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and team members to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
- Utilize Bluebeam and Excel for project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and tracking.
- Review project specifications, blueprints, and contracts to ensure all requirements are understood and met.
- Control project budgets and schedules, making necessary adjustments to ensure project completion within budget and on time.
- Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, coordinating delivery schedules to meet project timelines.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- Ensure all projects comply with safety and building regulations, as well as contractual requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Significant experience managing large-scale commercial plumbing and HVAC projects, including schools, hospitals, airports, and high-rise buildings.
- Proficient in Bluebeam and MS Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Must be based in San Francisco, CA.
