A Turner Duckworth Project Manager holds a high degree of responsibility for the health and quality of our business and client work. They are trusted to manage complex projects from start to finish, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and maintain the business margin.

 Key Responsibilities

• Work daily with Account Management and Creative teams to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and brand coherence
• Collaborate with clients to define timelines and scope
• Develop and manage project timelines and budgets
• Responsible for capturing clear, concise, and actionable notes during meetings
• Responsible for managing file transfers to clients via secure file system
• Identify and resolve potential roadblocks, keeping projects on track
• Present project progress with clarity and confidence
• Contribute to project budget management, forecasting
• Responsible for accurate maintenance of information within project/resource management systems and tools (ex: Float, rOarPPM)
• Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across teams

• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, ideally within a branding agency or other creative agency environment
• Highly adaptable, team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving mentality
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field preferred

Compensation Range : $58,500 - $92,000 annually. This is the pay range Turner Duckworth believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and Turner Duckworth reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, Turner Duckworth will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
