Fast growing organization is currently seeking an Executive Assistant with solid supervisory experience and commendable administrative skills for our energetic executive team. They are a growth-focused organization that values teamwork and offers several opportunities for career progression.
The Executive Assistant will work directly with our C-Suite Executives and Board of Directors to include senior management, streamlining their day-to-day operations and ensuring their schedules are managed efficiently. This individual will supervise another administrative support staff, coordinate travel, prepare high-level presentations, and assist with special projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team
- Supervise, train, and guide administrative staff
- Plan, schedule, and organize executive meetings and appointments
- Plan and schedule travel itineraries, process travel expenses
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Plan and execute department events, meetings, off-sites, and team buildings
- Proactively identify process improvements to speed up decision making
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an executive administration role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
