We are looking for a Controller to join our team in the manufacturing industry, based in Seattle, Washington. This role will focus on managing all aspects of our financial operations and will play a critical role in the financial planning, reporting, and control processes of our organization.Responsibilities:• Prepare accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, adhering to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulatory requirements.• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations.• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.• Establish and maintain internal control policies to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.• Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.• Manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs and strategic initiatives.• Monitor banking activities, reconcile bank statements, and oversee cash disbursements and receipts.• Analyze manufacturing costs and variances to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.• Collaborate with production and procurement teams to optimize inventory management and control expenses.• Provide strategic financial guidance to support business planning and decision-making.• Evaluate investment opportunities and assess their financial viability and potential impact on the company's performance.• Conduct financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and forecast future financial outcomes.• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the finance department.The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000 bonus.Benefits:Medical/Dental/VisionSTD/LTDLife and AD& D401k with matchUnlimited PTO
