RMGS Inc is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Virginia, VA
Position Overview
RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant in Virginia Beach, VA; Washington, DC; Indian Head, MD, in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), McAlester Detachment.
**This position is contingent upon contract award. **
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing specialized clerical duties such as report generation, record-keeping and managing forms and information.
- Responds to queries by retrieving information in file systems.
- Answers queries by searching and retrieval of information.
- Updates files and process incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Provides agendas for meetings and generates records of the meetings.
- Compiles employee data for reports and provides inputs.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- High School Diploma, AA degree or other degree desired.
- At least three years’ experience providing similar services to government contracts.
- Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and mastery of software required adaptive manufacturing.
- Secret security clearance or the ability to qualify for such clearance upon employment.
