Customer Service Representative Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm
• Pay Rate: $17 an hour

Customer Service Representative Job Description:

• Schedule service technicians with customers 
• Answer calls and perform follow-up calls 
• Complete data entry and other administrative tasks 
• Use Windows operating systems and MS Office applications like Word and Excel 

Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:

• High school degree or GED
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing 
• Team mentality with the agility to work independently
