Qualifications: **

Experience preferred as administrative or executive assistant also guest relations.

Excellent computer skills and knowledge (Word, Google and Social Media Platforms)

Experienced in guest relations.

Must be available after hours to answer infrequent calls or texts related to job.

Positive and outgoing personality.

Proactive and multitasking abilities a must.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Making all appointments.

Travel arrangements.

Running errands.

Handle customer relations that involve administration via email.

Screening and making phone calls.

Scheduling meetings with management.

Planning and coordinating.
