Position : Human Resources Coordinator (permanent)

Location : Honolulu

Salary : $60,000 $70,000 annually (depending on experience)

Job Duties :

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will support the HR and Operations team and play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, benefits administration, employee relations, and HR policies and procedures.

• HR Documentation : Process, verify, and maintain personnel-related documentation in HRIS system to ensure accurate records.
• HR Operations Support : Assist with recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and benefits administration, ensuring smooth HR operations.
• Reporting and Documentation : Compile and prepare reports and documents related to personnel activities, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
• Full Cycle Recruitment : Support the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
• Additional Responsibilities : Perform other duties as assigned to support the HR Department.

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor’s degree is required for this role, showcasing your knowledge and commitment to HR.
• HR Experience : You should have at least 3-5 years of Human Resources experience, demonstrating your expertise in the field.
• Communication Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are vital for effective HR support.
• Confidentiality : Display maturity in handling confidential and critical situations, safeguarding sensitive HR information.
• Organizational Skills : Exemplify excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth HR processes
