RECLAMATION CENTER is Hiring a Human Resources Coordinator Near Fort Lauderdale, FL

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions and providing support to the HR department. This is a full-time position. Duties: - Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks - Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality - Process payroll using various HRIS systems such as Paylocity, Paychex, PeopleSoft, SAP, or Workday - Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations - Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews and succession planning - Coordinate training programs and maintain training records - Assist with HR projects such as policy development, change management initiatives, and employee engagement programs - Conduct data collection and analysis to support HR metrics reporting - Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining HR documents Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred - 2 years of experience in an HR role or similar capacity - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with HRIS systems such as Paylocity, Paychex, PeopleSoft, SAP, or Workday - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment - Project management experience is a plus We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
