**Customer Service Representative**

**Duties:**

- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with customers and ensure a positive customer experience for them and their pets.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to increase sales revenue.

- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.

- Bilingual proficiency in another language is a plus.

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, both over the phone and in person.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
