DEAR Services is currently hiring for a full-time Dispatcher / Customer Service Rep to dispatch field staff and provide high-quality customer service in the Kent, WA area. This dispatch position earns a competitive wage of $22 - $25 per hour, depending on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY

As a Dispatcher / Customer Service Rep, you ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising customer service. Your friendly and capable demeanor comes through as you dispatch field technicians to jobs. Over the phone, you inform clients of arrival times and ensure that they are notified about any delays. You also reschedule appointments as needed. When it comes to scheduling service calls, you do it in a way that provides prompt, convenient service and maximizes our field technicians' time and mileage. You enjoy helping people each day and playing an integral part in helping the operations of our office run smoothly!
