Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative works to provide customers with the best possible service by accurately and efficiently responding to e-mail requests, answering phone calls, and relaying information to the appropriate parties. They must have excellent communication skills, as they serve as a liaison between customers, operations, and drivers from the initial request of service to the time of completion. The Customer Service Representative is good at multi-tasking and prioritizing time-sensitive tasks, as well as working in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment. This position is also responsible for accurate data entry to ensure that services are completed according to the customer’s request. The main purpose of this role is to ensure that operations run smoothly by keeping peers and customers updated with the latest information, making sure to address any issues as soon as they arise.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Schedule: Monday to Wednesday: 9AM-5PM; Saturday to Sunday: 7AM-3PM
Pay Starting At: $20-22/hr depending on experience
