The Customer Service Advisor:

The Customer Service Advisor provides exceptional customer service support to the customers of all our business entities.

The purpose of the Customer Service Advisor role is to ensure that our retail and wholesale customers receive the best possible support and have the best possible experience. This is a hybrid position that will work on-site at our Kent, WA facility part time, and work remotely from a professional home office otherwise.

You Will:

  • Proudly emulate The Asprey Group culture in every interaction with our customers. We are kind, educational, inspirational and above all helpful!
  • Respond to Customer Support Tickets in a timely fashion and provide superior customer support that is well written and thoughtful.
  • Send 120-170 messages a day as well as process and close upwards of 90 tickets. This is a fast-paced environment where we set the expectation to respond to customers within a 24-hour period.
  • Have the ability to juggle many different brands, products, and procedures for each incoming ticket. Being driven, a self-starter and the ability to work independently is a must.
  • Review pertinent information to each brand to be able to answer customer inquiries. This includes reviewing product manuals, conference details, as well as any other business unit that has support by Customer Service. Constantly learning and upgrading yourself and your abilities is not only a core competency of our company but something that drives you.
  • Work with the other Customer Service Advisors as well as the CPG Portfolio Director to maintain a best practices approach to tickets and customer inquiries.
  • Report on trends in tickets to the IT Manager and marketing team so that issues that are systemic can be addressed.
  • Work with the warehouse and fulfillment teams across each brand to ensure customer and reseller orders are being sent on time and to customers satisfaction.
  • Navigate shipping delays or issues and guide customers through the best possible experience to receive their orders.
  • Create and process manual orders, re-shipments as well as refunds on orders.

You Need:

  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, Gorgias, ShipStation, and Shopify required
  • Time management – ability to work without direct supervision.
  • Project Management

  • Attention to detail
  • A Customer-focused professional attitude.

Compensation:

Based on this position and the requirements above we are offering an hourly rate of $27.25 for this position.

Benefits:

We offer 16 days of paid vacation, sick pay and holiday pay. In addition, as an employer we pay 100% of our employees premiums for Medical, Dental, Vision.
