Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated sales representative with great written and verbal communication skills for full-time position to join our team. In this role, your focus would be the sales and account acquisition and management for cannabis laboratory testing services. This is a full sales cycle position. This role is an outside sales position.

Responsibilities:

• Source, build and maintain business development sources for lead generation.
• Actively contacting and regularly visiting/ meeting with existing and prospective clients.
• Move clients through sales cycle: cold calling, generating, and qualifying leads, setting appointments, presenting service packages, service demos, facility tours, and closing the deal.
• Develop, foster, and maintain solid relationships with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and navigating challenges with a results-oriented mindset.
• Accountable for meeting individual sales goals and target metrics that lead to sales activity.
• Track and document sales activities, calls, orders sales, and customer relationship data in assigned software platform.
• Traveling to meet with potential or existing clients one-on-one.
• Attend industry events, conventions, and networking events to provide company brand presence and establish industry relationships.
• Researching industry market conditions and competitor pricing, products, and services.
• Providing sales forecasts and client updates in routine sales meetings.
• Collect invoices from clients and coordinate payment.
• Coordinate with drivers and scheduling sample pick ups as needed.

• Proven work experience as sales representative in Cannabis Sales/lab Service
• Must be able to pass a full background check - no felonies
• Travel up to 50%.

Education and Experience

• 3-5 years of related sales experience – required.
• Previous experience or exposure to the cannabis industry – required.
• High School GED, Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors preferred.
• Knowledge of chemistry and analytical laboratory principles, terminology, practices, techniques, and instrumentation preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office - preferred
• Proficient with CRM – preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license – required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
