Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Korean
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT sales or business development, with a strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze IT requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Experience in reviewing and managing IT contracts, including negotiating terms and conditions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach to sales.
- Familiarity with IT project management methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in IT software and tools used for proposal development and presentation.
Physical Requirements
- Normal office duties
- Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
Responsibilities
- Review and manage IT contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Analyze IT proposal requests from clients, understanding their needs and requirements to propose suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare and present IT proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our IT products and services.
- Provide support for the execution of IT projects, including coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful implementation.
- Develop IT maintenance plans to ensure the ongoing reliability and performance of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Identify follow-up IT business opportunities with existing clients, such as upgrades, expansions, or additional services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in IT solutions and services to better meet customer needs and remain competitive.
