Who are we looking for:

This is a very exciting time for Atwyld and we are looking for passionate and self-motivated individuals/rep groups to help drive sales and increase brand awareness. Reps will be working directly with the Sales Manager and company founders to develop the brand across domestic and international wholesale channels; we are looking for someone that is excited to grow with us and pioneer new regions!

General Summary

Our Outside Sales Representative positions will focus primarily on developing and scaling ATWYLD’s wholesale business through prospecting and onboarding new retail partners across the United States, Canada, and Europe. Additionally, Outside Sales Representatives will also be responsible for maintaining and growing existing business by way of daily account communications (phone calls and emails), as well as working with team members to help support in consumer facing events throughout the year, territory permitting.

This will be a 1099 role with a commission structure of 15% for the first six months, and 10% thereafter. 

Essential Job Functions

•Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale accounts

•Prospect new wholesale relationships

•Regularly travel within assigned regions

•Present products and assortments as required to reach new account and revenue goals

•Assist at relevant industry related trade shows, ATWYLD events, sales meetings and account in-store events

•Work with the Sales Manager and team to provide account feedback to help develop better business practices (planning, selling, managing product, communication, relationship building)

•Proactively inform on competitive landscape and sales trends within accounts

•Provide feedback on sales plans and sales strategies

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

•Strong computer skills, must be proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word and Full Circle/NuOrder is a plus

•Excellent time management skills

•Skill in completing/prioritizing multiple tasks at once

•Skill in identifying and resolving problems

•Skill in exceptional oral and written communication/ highly detail oriented

•Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers, customers, and vendors.

•Ability to work independently and meet managerial goals

•Ability to organize daily activities

Required Education and Experience

•Minimum of 3 years prior experience in the Apparel or Motorcycle industry
