Requirements:
Education: University of Professional Education
Experience: At least 5 yrs experience within similar Sales/Commercial leading role, preferably in international sports or fashion (global brand) organization.
Languages: Home language(s) of country where based; English on an excellent level

The Hiring range base pay for this position is $82,000 - $116,645 Bonus Benefits

Purpose of position
In this role you are responsible for the development and execution of the stichd commercial and go-to-market strategy in North America (US, Canada). You identify business and market opportunities to create a long- and mid term commercial growth, given the input of the company strategy, the distribution guidelines, and the sales budgets and priorities. You oversee and own these strategies in collaboration with the Head of Sales North America and ensure that set targets are met and a continuous drive for business development is in place. Furthermore, you will be specifically responsible for the development of the digital accounts and marketplaces throughout the entire stichd brand portfolio. You will have a constant focus to develop business, drive a performance culture and to inform and align the functional support teams to the local strategies and tactics. By taking part in the regional leadership team in North America you will proactively support, train and coach employees to always empower people to be at their best.
Scope of the position
In this role you are responsible for:
All business divisions and brands (Essentials, Fanwear, Lifestyle)
All business models (primarily B2c) and with a focus on marketplaces
Specific focus is required for the build-up of a new distribution for the Levi’s brand in socks and underwear
The direct management of sales, sales support, marketing and operations
Key tasks & responsibilities
Act as a senior leader, be a reliable point of contact and advisor for team members, managers and colleagues.
Work directly with the Head of Sales North America to set-up the entity and business model(s)
Execute sales strategy, tactics and yearly sales plans
Responsible for achieving the sales budget with a profitable and sustainable approach
Expand business with existing customers and identify and convert leads into new customers
Sell and develop the service proposition and deliver against our promises
Implement marketing activations online to create experiences that matter
Ensure the order to cash process is effective and efficient in collaboration with sales support
Achieve customer lock-in and digital shopfloor ownership through EDI/RFID and replenishment services
Ensure alignment and smooth interactions between local teams and HQ functions
Main contacts internal and external
Internal: Commercial Leadership team, Sales Support, Business Operations, Head of Marketing, Supporting teams
External: Customers (various levels and functions) and Brand organizations locally
