Our client’s current core capabilities are focused on designing and metal fabrication with the ability/capacity to design and fabricate any industrial and/or agricultural metal part needed. Location: Minneapolis Metro Area Job Description: The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be the primary driver of profitable revenue growth in line with annual company revenue and profit goals. An intense focus on gaining new customers will be at the top of the priority list for the selected candidate. The BDM will be responsible for identifying, researching, prospecting, and executing the sales process in his efforts to win new business. In addition, the (BDM) is responsible for overseeing and managing the retention and growth of the current customer base. Responsibilities: 100% emphasis on identifying net new business opportunities Work cross-functionally with all necessary departments to ensure accurate proposals, quotes, and delivery timelines. Schedule regular and ongoing strategy sessions and discussions with new and established customers to focus on growth opportunities, relationship building, and retention. Maintain updated reporting, scoring, and records in (CRM System) based on required activity levels, and pipeline development/value, and progress vs. all sales KPIs Compensation & Benefits: Annual Base Salary: $100k – $150k Quarterly Bonuses: Based on meeting and/or exceeding company revenue and profit goals Project 1st Year Earrings: $150k - $200k PTO: 4-Weeks 8 Employer Paid Holidays per calendar year.
