Administrative Assistant - Fort Myers

PrideStaff is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a busy client of ours to take on the position of their damaged stock inventory.

This person would be managing all damaged units and following them with the processes in place to ensure credit received, ship back done, or repair in house completed in a timely manner.

This position is an 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Monday through Friday with a half hour lunch break.

This is a full time temp-to-hire position.

Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday - 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : $18

Location : Fort Myers, FL

Experience : 6 months

Job Requirements :

• Answer questions regarding merchandise
• Filing claims with manufacturers
• Working closely with distribution manager and employees - obtaining details regarding damaged merchandise including pictures, tags, or anything else the manufacturer is requesting.
• Faxing, scanning, emailing, data tracking in excel.
• Updating all relevant personnel
• Working with the service department to expedite and ensure units are being repaired.
• Working with the processing department regarding returns and status of returns.
