We are a small, but growing wine and spirits distributor, specializing in small production, high quality wine and spirits. Currently supplying restaurants, shops and country clubs throughout Central and South Florida, we are looking to bring on a full-time administrative assistant, who is enthusiastic and enjoys their work, while at the same time expanding with an up and coming company.

Note: Our office will be moving to Fort Myers by the end of the year. We are currently located in North Naples.

Responsibilities

• Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
• Order Entry and verification
• Handle Sales Consultant related inquiries
• Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties as needed
• Accounts Payable/Account Receivable duties
• Updating website as necessary - WPEngine

Qualifications

• Are you Quickbooks savvy
• Are you a team player with an upbeat personality
• Do have organizational skills and dedication to complete projects in a timely manner

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
