Human resources responsibility includes: Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Recruiting, Performance Management, Compliance with employment laws and PVM policies, Benefits Administration, Communications, and Adherence to Policy, Workers Compensation/Safety, Unemployment, and Training, Orientation, and On-boarding.
