Portrait Holdings is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Houston, TX
VIP Holiday Photos is growing quickly and has some seasonal opportunities for the right people. We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our seasonal Holiday Photography company. The season will start late February and will end around the first week of April.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
Ability to produce quick resolutions for customers
Organized and self-motivated
Phone etiquette
Ability to communicate information accurately to Team Leads
Able to work some evenings and weekends
The Representative will be responsible for adhering to the schedule set by the Team Lead.This is a hybrid position so work is remote, however, there are scheduled hours in our office which are mandatory.
